By accessing or using GoFixit, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.
You must be 18 years or older and capable of forming a binding contract to use GoFixit.
When you place a booking, you authorize GoFixit to match you with a suitable partner and charge applicable fees. Final pricing is shown before you confirm.
Free cancellation up to 4 hours before the slot. After that, a partner-time fee may apply. Refunds for service issues are processed under our 7-day satisfaction policy.
Partners must follow our code of conduct, complete required training, and maintain a minimum rating. Violations may result in suspension or removal.
Payments are processed through licensed payment partners. We do not store card details. Disputes should be raised within 30 days.
Damage protection is included on most bookings. Claims must be raised within 48 hours of service completion via the app.
All GoFixit content, trademarks, and software remain our property or our licensors. You may not copy, scrape, or reverse engineer the platform.
To the extent permitted by law, GoFixit is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our aggregate liability is limited to the amount paid for the relevant booking.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the courts in Bengaluru.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after changes means acceptance.
