We collect information you provide directly (name, phone, email, address), information collected automatically when you use our services (device data, app interactions, location with permission), and information from partners (KYC, payment instruments).
To fulfill your bookings, dispatch the right partner, process payments, detect fraud, improve our services, communicate with you, and comply with applicable law.
We share necessary booking details (first name, masked phone, location) with the assigned partner. We never sell your personal data. We share information with payment processors, analytics partners, and law enforcement as required.
You can edit your profile, manage notification preferences, request data export, and request deletion from inside the app or by writing to privacy@gofixit.in.
We retain personal data for the duration of your account plus the period required to comply with tax, fraud-prevention, and legal obligations.
We use industry-standard encryption (TLS 1.2+) in transit and at rest, role-based access controls, audit logging, and external security assessments.
Your data is primarily stored in India. If transferred internationally, we use appropriate safeguards under applicable law.
GoFixit is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
We may update this policy. Material changes will be notified in-app and on this page. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
